I'm partway through this (firmware installed) now trying to get the SEP <macaddress>cnf.xml files to load without success. The phone would only recognize the TFTP server through IPv6, but once I solved that still gives errors "TFTP Error : ram/SEP..". and "TFTP Error : SEP..." Could you post a source for a correctly coded cnf.xml file for this phone? Running Asterisk on FreePBX.

This will accomplish nothing useful. You need a pressure washer. I saw another video of a guy who cut the DPF open, cleaned it, then rewelded it back together. YMMV

I am currently using Grandstream HT802 for 2 SIP (3rd party) phones. Will the account info that I currently use work with this firmware for the 7965g? I do not want to use asterisk if possible also. Also not sure what to do with pumpkin... no info what to do, I have loaded it but...?

Don't tappet it:)) The purpose for cleaning outside of the car is to clean the ash which it never gets burned. The soot will burn when the car make the regen but the ash only disolves in water and HCl and caustic soda

The phones has Registered and got IP addresses from DHCP. Telephonie is setup but there's no DIAL TONE not even extension numbers. Please can you help

You already got the dpf out. You should have done a better job. Instead of hitting etc. Just use a drain acid (50/50 with water) for a first flush and 2nd flush to get the soot out and then use brick acid hcl (25/75 with water) for a 3rd and 4th flush to get the dust accumulation out. This is a pretty expensive piece you don't want to ruin it with foam and or hitting it a bunch of times. It's not gonna last long.

I'm using tftp on Linux when the phone goes up and finds the term65.default file and then it restarts. Could it be the bad ip phone?
