Video min-8:47 PT Barnum Museum on lower left. Main street south towards raised train tracks in the distance, in between train tracks and PT Barnum that whole area would be torn down for I95 highway. I95 would be completed around 1957?

I first met Mayor McLevy when I was in the second grade at Bryant School. He was giving out pencils to every second grade student in the city paid for out of his own pocket. I spoke with him many times over the years, some of them sitting side by side with him and his wife on his favorite bench in Seaside Park.

Have to say, I'm wondering if the dirt/gravel road surrounded by woods is either Fairchild Wheeler Golf Course on the west side of north Park Avenue or could it be what I knew as "90 Acres Park" (known now as "Veterans Memorial Park") located across from the golf course on the east side of Park Ave. Can anyone confirm? Your thoughts on wooded location?

I bought a Historic home in Bridgeport. The City had sent all their ORIGINAL BLUEPRINTS (aka As Built's) to the Library for Preservation and Cataloging. I went to inquire about the Blue Prints for my house in order to restore it. She had no idea what I was talking about and offered no help what so ever.

Wow!! Great history for the city they verbally destroy now and days.. Lol @ 9:39, that Gulf gas station to the left is now a tint and car stereo place and they put a 24 hour gas station right across the street. I can't believe that fountain on Park Ave and Fairfield ave is still there.

As soon as it starts, that's main st. Right off exit 3. The painted Glass Sign is smeared but yet still visible if you look closely, they also still make glass in the area. Great history for the city. It would be nice if they footage on the public schools in the earlier years as well..

The last scene is the "progress" of taking up the trolley tracks. This would prove to be a folly of our human history which was repeated in nearly every major city which now equally rues that day we did that dumb thing.
