They are a little below 7’. You bring up a great point! That’s the wonderful thing about going small. It allows for creativity, problem solving, and hard work. With those three things, anything is possible. If someone is not up for those three though, doing a shed to house may not be the right step for them.

A 15,000 Shed If You PAY CASH is 16,050 After Tax.. If you are Dumb Enough to make Payments, If Costs AROUND 28,000 and 34,000 ... Check For Yourselves, Look at the Rent To Own Payments Per Month and do the Math Yourselves.. I Get Blocked and Comments Removed when I Post this on Listings, and even here on the Tube they get removed. This one just might also.. So PAY CASH! Plus You can NOT Do Anything To Them Until they are Paid Off. Because if you stick money into them and it gets Repo'ed, You Loose All that money you stuck into it.

Couple of questions: 1. Those 4 diagonal beams seem like they might be a structural necessity. Be curious how you design around that and make it livable. 2. I’d be curious if it was possible to double your square footage by putting these side by side and using most if not all to re-design the roofline to make for more loft space. Seems like you could get a taller loft space and create a good sized Master bedroom and and one or two small loft rooms on the other side with waist height closets on the sides… If that were possible this would be a huge winner for me as a more then tiny less then normal sized home…. With good storage and livability
