I like coming back to this video because it asks the question of "What would Weiss do without Myrtenaster?" and then proceeds to answer that question with aplomb, contrasting nicely with when she DOES get Myrtenaster back and proceeds to kick the Gravity Master's keister to the curb. Speaking of the Gravity Master, we see a few OCs integrate gravity Dust into their weapons but NO ONE has used creativity like that guy. His use of gravity Dust is extremely creative to the point that I'm not even bothered by the workings of gravity Dust in the world of 'RWBY' as I usually am. Ruby's definitely the weakest part of the video, so it's fortunate that Weiss' fight carries as well as it does. You are amazingly creative with exploring the full extent of a character's abilities individually within such a good arena, littered with features and props for the characters to use.

It's a very wonderful fight animation. Art style reminds me of YIIK... maybe that game would have done better if it did more with the anime-inspired aesthetics.

amazing level of action choreography worth the wait

Voice acting's a bit rough but WOW was that a good fight scene! Really cool moves and abilities on display from Emily. Flipping over the guy and then throwing him with the whip/tentacle(?) was a highlight for me. I think the bit where the screen goes all pink is a cool idea but I think the execution ought to be different. Perhaps the pink shatters and returns to the colour palette as she lands the finishing blow? As is, it seems a bit odd that it just... lingers there in slow motion. I also wish the bully with a gun did something more interesting than simply stand there and shoot. Some gun kata would be appreciated, or maybe doing some ricochets, or shooting specific props in the environment for some reason or another. I get that guns are difficult to work with compared to melee weapons but you can get a lot out of lil' projectile shooters.

you should really credit monty's work, i can tell you recycled a lot of his moves from his unfinished yang v adam fight. this is still great though, i love the original combos you used
