I also had a very bad experience with Suchir. Purchased the plot long back in Le Colossal venture. But still to this date no development. Several issues still pending to be resolved even after almost 20 years since its launch. Not a credible company. Be very watchful while investing in Suchir infra.

My experience with Suchir India is not so good, as in one of the layouts “Le Collasal” at Shankarpalli. There are undue delays in the development activities in the layout. What you see in the launch brochures with lot of rosy pictures, fancy names and the what you hear from this man in this video are too good to believe. Be cautious before venturing into this companies ventures…..
