Audrey Mack who is also, a teacher in Charis said also to ask the Holy Spirit what to do. Herself followed what the Holy Spirit told her and sometimes she had to go to the doctor. Sometimes she had to take a medical treatment, and sometimes the Holy Spirit told her to rejoice only. So There are several different things that the Holy Spirit can tell us to lead us.

Thank you so much for this teaching. I am understanding what the people are experiencing when they have lived a trauma. I was in a situation during 10 years which brought me huge trauma. I was not yet a believer at that time, so I could not deal with the word of God. Then I became a believer, but because I had disassociated myself during all these years just to survive and because I had put an armor to protect myself, even though I was born again my soul and my body were still frozen, because the trauma was like printed in my whole body. And finally a physical sickness took place.I had no way to find my own heart because of the disassociation, and I could not receive the love of others neither the love of God. I was just functioning it took several years to be able to be in touch with my own heart.

Yes! Thanking, praising, believing! He never turned anyone away, so why do we believe we aren’t worthy of healing? I had this conversation with my spiritual father, I thought I was like Paul, doomed to forever have this pain, sickness etc, I accepted it as my lot in life, that God wanted me to suffer, that somehow I was being punished. But my spiritual father said, do not compare yourself to Paul, do not accept your circumstances instead keep praying and trust that God wants you well, that he is healing you. God wants me well? That was such a shift in my thinking… what if he was right? What if I was worthy of healing? God is our father and no father wants his child to suffer. Everyone who turns to him honestly and with all his heart is worthy! He told me to thank God and stay in the space of gratitude for all that He has done and will do in my life. Focusing on the good, the positive. To shift my thinking and trust that in His time, I will be healed. So although it didn’t unfold in my time, it did in His time. And I’m forever grateful. Beautiful message Caprice! Thank you for sharing.

One more thing I just remembered from my hospital experience way back in 1983, was what the doctor told me in regards to having a positive attitude and healing. He said that people with a positive attitude heal twice as fast as people with a negative attitude. Proverbs 17:22 says, "A merry heart doeth good like a medicine: but a broken spirit drieth the bones."
