Same thing happened with 2022 klx 110. I washed it and now it doesn’t have any spark, replaced the spark plug and ignition coil. Still no spark.

The only thing the battery does on those is crank the engine it has nothing to do with the magneto creating spark for the spark plug

I just completed the assembly process on a vitacci pentora 250 atv and it won't start due to ...NO SPARK issue .

If you guys have try everything and still no spark. Switch your pick up coil up side down. It has to be straight with the magnet on the stator otherwise you wont have a spark. Simple as that

check the spark plug or the coil if that don't work you might have to buy a new battery

Did you SBR that?

On one of my 125cc Typhoons the ignition coil had to be bolted to the frame to be grounded

no cold transition to be seen

It's the stater inside the cover where the wire goes into the side case. I just had to fix the exact same 4 wheeler with the exact same problem 😂

Have you done any hill climbs with this? If so, can you post a link to your video? I was looking at getting a Cheetah 300EX, but this one is the only one in stock everywhere I've looked (I just liked the look of the Cheetah cargo area better). Just wondering if you still like this and if it has enough power for 2-3 adults to get around, not on anything too crazy, but we go trail riding pretty often and there's like some 6-7% grades.

I’m in the same boat. New engine. Tried 3 stators, checked my cdi, my coil , coil wire, spark plug and kill switch on my other bike and they all work.

Get dunlop D605 tires, for the sake of grip

New stator, new starter two new wire harness no safety switch installed still no spark

Hey little late to the game but I have one of these and my Speedo bracket broke first week of ownership. Didn’t lose sensor fortunately fabbed up a new bracket and with some height adjustments been good to go

Ok i got a chopper that has been took for a taotao 107 now no spark no nothing i spun the wheel inside the ingan and well now no spark and ive replace the coil for the spark plugs everything gots power even cdi and stator and so spark idk what to do if its out of time wich its not im pretty sure i check it and idk i just need help

You need to ground the brake light safety switch

Faulty plug loose cdi connector

look out at wiring on kickstand. some bike will shutoff when kickstand engaged and you trying to move.

Test your stator

Could be the ground Does it look like the other one has a ground Nfl just run a grown wire Put it on the bolt

your stator may b burnet out , switch it for a new one
