The Constitution 125 amendment bill- 19 should not be passed. Because the Bodo Tritroel region (BTR) of Assam will suffer and deprive the non -Tribals.. BTR has more non- Tribals then tribals . The Government should not pass this bill to avoid violating the right to life of non-tribals.
