I was looking for a salmon loaf recipe for breakfast. I didn’t want pork. When i saw your picture I decided to use yours. I passed many others before I saw yours. I never saw you put eggs in, but I read the recipe. This was delicious! I served it with grits and fried apples. It ended up being brunch! I hope you will make more videos helping people on WIC. I was a young single mom with little money. These kind of recipes fed my 3 kids & me real good. I don’t have those kinds of problems now, but my grown kids still want me to make these good ole recipes ❤ God bless you!

What i did was i mixed cream of chicken soup with bacon grease about 1/4 cup and after i put the onions i put the bacon pieces after i cooked then on top of the stove, then i put 1 can of stewed tomatoes. Next time i make it I'm going to cut up a chicken breast cook it then put it on the bacon. Cause there's not enough of chicken in the soup. This would make it a meal instead of a side dish.😊
