เข้าร่วมเมื่อ 8 ธ.ค. 2012
What are you? Well, you are you. If you are you, then that must make me not you. Or am I... The You Inverse?
Welcome to my channel. My name is Myles and I am inviting you to embark on your spiritual journey with me. This channel is a spiritual hub, video essay, vlog channel and, most importantly, a community and safe space for like minded people- those of us who are here to raise our own vibration and in turn raise the vibration of the world. We do what we do out of love, compassion and respect for our fellow man despite our differences. We remain humble and we... Stay Teachable!

มุมมอง 333 หลายเดือนก่อน
By understanding our negative aspects of character, we can learn to overcome and stop being ruled by them. Once we learn where negativity is stored within us, we can transmute suffering into great power! Namaste 🙏 Edited by YouCut:app.youcut.net/BestEditor

มุมมอง 203 หลายเดือนก่อน
I wanted to highlight the importance of relaxation on our pathway towards spiritual growth but also in our daily lives. Stress is no longer necessary or helpful to us, so relaxation becomes beneficial to our physical and mental well-being, too. Learning to fully relax will bring you much peace and harmony. Namaste 🙏 Edited by YouCut:app.youcut.net/BestEditor

Hello people. In an attempt to ease some of our woes as a generation, I wanted to discuss how our attitudes as a society can alienate people instead of encourage growth. I want to challenge some of these attiudes about our values and how by changing them we can allow better mental health and happiness to take centre stage. True Happiness... It's Heavy, Man - #12
มุมมอง 754 หลายเดือนก่อน
I think happiness is a topic that we struggle to truly identify with because there are so many different explanations and concepts about what happiness is. This video, I believe, helps to clarify and hone in on a closer definition and understanding of true happiness. My channel is almost a working guide on how to increase happiness, so it makes sense that I talk about it in and of itself. I hop...
Gratitude will Set You Free - #11
มุมมอง 354 หลายเดือนก่อน
By learning to be more grateful, we can increase the happiness we feel. This is because we will begin to see and feel the abundance we already have and live and operate within. When we get really good at gratitude we can extend it outwards even in to the negative aspects of our lives. Trust me, it helps. Namaste 🙏 Edited by YouCut:app.youcut.net/BestEditor

Hiya, I'm really pleased I could help! The aim is not to only be good. It is to be balanced evenly between good and bad. The Middle Path as it's known in Buddhism. I hope you're well. Namaste 🙏
🤍 Metaphysics
I really enjoy it when modern science proves the existence and value of spirituality. Quantum Mechanics, which is at a very early stage in its existence as a modern science, is what Buddhists, ascetics, gnostics, Hindus etc have all been talking about for Millenia.
Love the summary
Keep it up bro 💪

Fear can be a double edged sword in the sense that if you conquer your own fear it gives you power over others as fears are usually universally shared! They might laugh with you or feel embarrassed and look the other way if they see you conquering their fears!
Oh I've replied to your comment instead of commenting on my own haha sorry
Myles, money does not make you happy, but you do need money to survive.
The brains primary function is to ensure survival, the mind holds the key to happiness. Good work & keep it up. Namaste
