Good memories! I still have the PSP, i still have Ace Combat X (and X2) and even the pilot training manual and the Ace Combat world map that came with it.

Honestly, I’d use that for ground attack missions. Just hovering above and firing missiles off because the intense movement makes my brain hurt.

This mission feels like the culmination of the player being just built different. Any sane pilot would look at the mission and think it beyond impossible, beyond rational, you might as well just blow up the plane on the runway and save yourself the time trying to make the run, let alone follow it up with taking down the entire base defences on your own. Today, you stare these impossible odds in the face, smirk, and say "Betcha i could do that with throttle maxed.'

Alect Squadron is arguably the best yet exciting dogfighting I experience, especially later in Operation X

Antares fighting against 3 Orgoi with that plane reminds me of an Autobat campaign boss battle in Transformes the game (Based on the first Micheal Bay film and originally released for the PS2) where Jazz has to take down both Starscream and Blackout along with a giant minion that spawns twice

I dont understand. Maybe the wording im not sure. I can spam chain my psm all day. Im no beast, just very good at rate fights and adjusting the pocket dive. But these 'break physics' psm doesnt seem to work. I have better than average throttle control, i can hold a psm for quite a while i dont seem to understand the order of button pressing....that or its patched or something idk.

It's such a shame that you can't do PSMs at 500+ kmph, imagine going 2000 and pulling that out.
