I was visited the Vrindavan eco Village recently the eco Village was good moreover I have experienced the challenge in roaming here and there as i am disabled suffering from cerebral Palsy and with me there were five senior citizen with me after walking some kilometre all were feeling tired After which we were requested to stop the electric vehicle to take us from one place to another but all the vehicles were denied to take us from one place to another they were saying that this service is only for the people who stay one night stay with us. This electric vehicle service is not available for any people who come here for one day picnic I was surprised with this answer. The whole Vrindavan eco Village lacks in disabled friendly accessibility moreover the electric vehicle is refusing to take the people of one day tour from one place to another As per my point of you most of the devotees who are visiting your eco Village are senior citizens and disabled moreover the service for them is very very poor. I am 100% sure that the management will think over it and take the required action at the earliest As of now I will refuse to take disabled people and senior citizens at this place since you will experience many challenges if you go there for one day visit they are very poor in providing the services for 1 day tour devotees who is disabled and senior citizens. Thank you
