Can you please give me a complete specifications for what are the things needed.. How to do it.. How much cost it will take..??
@@sivanesanthi1165 your best way to learn is to google agopengps and start reading, it can seem very overwhelming but just start and you will be fine.
I’m trying to set this same set up into a John Deere 8100 any tips or ideas for this. Are you on the agopen discourse forum. Maybe we can chat there
This is a long shot seeing how old this video is. I saw your post on the discourse page. I'm having trouble finding a short ws2812b light strip, where did you get yours?
Oops
All videos good brother but not full video,,and without full video you can't explain working and ,, diagram,,parts,, etc
Very good boss,, Brother I am farmer,,and I want to make this system if u can make this video,,with full details,, diagram,, coding and full explanation plzz
Hank Hill was just about to explain when the video ended.
“What happened “?
It was doing typical 6030 things
What tablet are you using please? Thank you.
I'm using a surface pro, the tablet need to run full windows.
Seriously impressive
Typical female 😂
Yes, it was the update rate from the gps, if I remember it needs to be set at 10 hertz, and by default its at 1.
Did you get to the bottom of this ?
Hi there. Really nice helpful video. Thank you for that. May I ask what display are you using here for AgopenGPS ? It looks like a tablet ?
Great Setup. I am putting an Agopen GPS system together now. It would be easier I believe if I could access the Discourse. Maybe someday after it's done. LOL Cheers.
........Is there a StepByStep Tutorial and how much does it cost? How exact is it? +/-2.5cm like RTK?
Those 6030s tended to do that in the field too!
If you ever drove one in the field they were pretty disappointing
@@RJ1999x that's interesting to know, after all the hype JD built up around it, when it was first introduced to market.
@@jamesbarbour8400 They are excellent marketers, but that's where it ends
@@RJ1999x hi and thank you for your reply. John Deere products of today certainly leave a lot to be desired, particularly when they're pushing that right to repair nonsense. If I'm spending 3/4 of a million dollars on a piece of kit, I own it, not Deere & Co. It's like one foot inside a camp, one outside of it. I do understand why they want to do it of course. With the high technology that they employ, they have to train their technicians to be able to fix problems, as they're seen as another overhead that has to be paid for, just like dealerships. But my personal arguement would be, why should that be my problem ! Regarding the 6030 tractor era, I was of the impression that Deere & Co products of the 60s and 70s was pretty much bullet proof, but better informed folks like yourself have said that's not the case, which did surprise me admittedly. Millenial Farmer seems to think they're the bees knees.
@@jamesbarbour8400 Pretty sure he's being compensated by Moline , so of course he will cheerlead for them. Honestly I don't think they ever had a product that was as great as they claimed
It was an intake hose
I sat right to the side of it when it blew. Freeze plug blew out of the motor at the very least
what about the connection of the ardusimple and the antenna, did you make an additional cable connecting the ardusimple with the antenna ? if so could you tell the type of cable ?
Pushing the limits lol it’s the only way to win .
Thatsa good lookin tractor and she sounded right up to the point where she popped
Like, total bummer man.
Someone I know had a 6030 that they blew up at a tractor pull.
I hate to see a Deere go down.
Maybe they need to build a better tractor
@@IanHotson somebody built a better tractor? I spose you voted for traitor Joe too?
You must be a sad man then
Intake manifold, that thing was makin some serious boost right before it blew I bet!!
figured if it was the intake manifold, it woulda had a cloud of smoke right after it blew
I'm also experiencing that kind of jump on IMU heading with CMPS14, did you found why it happened since 1 year? My other board doesn't make this!
Such an amazing technology, where did you buy that?
Super job the headland turn is really cool
Hi Where i can find this motor holder file for 3d print? I want to build this for my John Deere
You might be able to find it in the agopengps discourse group, there is a section for sharing files
Hello!! It's very interesting. Could you explain the model of the angle sensor used?? And, if you can, could you let us know how to design the bracket of the angle sensor to install correctly as yours???? Best regards
You best option is to go to the agopengps discourse group and Learn what you can there.
Can you show us your settings, PP, motor etc.
Your was sensor is not setup good. Look how ab line is not in middle of yelow square on top , that is becouse of was
That's interesting, I should double check the was, I do have 4" of off set on the tractor gps to help get the spacing right. That's why the yellow dot will be off.
You where right! I have been working with an offset on the gps location but my problem was the W. A. S. I zero'd the w. A. S as I was following an ab line and then took the offset out and bingo! Thanks
Really nice motor mount 👌👌 looks like you've got your motor settings dialled in. I run a friction wheel and haven't managed to get my steering anywhere near as smooth. Great video!
@@jimsfarming7792 I didn't show it in the video but I do have a bno085, once I added that the steering becomes alot steadier
@@mueller9539 Man I wish I could find a Bno! Looks like you've put everything together well. I also use the Outfarming monitor and it's super slick
What kind of rtk guidance are you getting with this set up? Are u able to make 1-2” pass to pass accuracy or is it more like 3-4”?
1-2" is definitely possible, the software has no problem, it's more how good a job you do on the installation, and how well you tune the settings. A good INO also goes a long way.
Hello! Can you please show me where i can buy setup for my NH t6. 140?
Hi , I tried to print the gear_200v2.stl. It was to big to print ??!! What ist the unit ? mm or inches?
I think it's in mm, and if I remember right its right around 200mm
Ciao io avrei una guida assistita sul volante della muller, è MDU G4 è compatibile con agopengps?grazie
Hello could you give me the dimensions of the parts printed in 3d?
Hello Mue Have you still got the kit on the JD 7810? If not for sale (would like to buy simmilar) can you help with a complete hard-ware list?
similar info in jd 6810 th-cam.com/video/FTdxeUDSnRA/w-d-xo.html check comment for files
Is it your own production?
hello, can you please share the 3d files ? i'm building the same system ;)
Can you send the steering gear STL files?
Hi, the gears in this tractor are not mine to share, I believe they are posted in the ag open GPS discourse.
@@mueller9539 I am an AGOpenGPS user. I am looking for suitable gear for my new tractor.
@@esertarim1525 All the files are in this link. agopengps.discourse.group/t/john-deere/742
@@esertarim1525 do you have any experience with fusion 360? It is surprisingly easy to build your own gears for what ever size you need.
it was a great video. I need stl files. can you please share. bestgart@gmail.com
Wow!! fantastic!! Are you making the steering kit on your own?? And are you using 3D printer to make the gears?
thanks! Its not really a kit, more DIY then that, there is the gears 3d printed but the motor bracket on this tractor is cut with steel
it was a great video. I need stl files. can you please share. eserciftlik@gmail.com
Are you using dual gps or single antenna on the roof? Great perfomance
Just single, also I wasn't using any roll correction. Also I have the gps receiver on the front weights. Having it so far forward can help keep the tractor stable.
Are there any videos or complete list of instructions for this simple LED guidance system?
change invert relays in module Configuration
Could be that you are using pin 0 or pin 1 on the arduino, those are for serial communication and that could generate a random signal that activates the motor
Love it, runs the Motor on 12 or 24 Volts?
the motor is on 24v
Could you please send me the STL files ? mito98farmer@web.de
