I tried that and used my phones wifi to connect but it keeps saying I'm offline. Same with playstore when trying to open it. I can open tik tok and the others. Playstore and TH-cam are the only 2 that says I'm offline when I'm not. Any suggestions would be appreciated

Is there somewhere to get help? My C9 doesnt work at all. I will not display on my car at all. It will connect to my Iphone bluetooth but it will nto dipslay in car. dongle has two lights on. one flashing green and the other constant red. I dont get it. Seems like a waste of alot of money.
