This interview is awesome!
My severe depression was purely physical. I knew it 100%. I refused to accept it as a "spiritual" problem. I knew it wasn't, and I wasn't going to accept it as anything but physical. Eventually I traced it to five foods I was eating--eggs, sunflower seeds, bananas, turkey, milk. All of them gave me severe depression. Sunflower seeds gave me additional severe back pains. Eggs also gave me asthma attacks. As long as I stopped eating these foods, all was okay. One day I had a severe sinus infection. I took three courses of antibiotics. The infection left. I don't know if it was the Lord or not, but a thought came to my mind to start eating whatever I wanted. The depression was gone!
