Don brewer is seriously under rated. Also in case anyone was wondering, this is the band/drummer that taught me how to play drums. Amazing band.

how do you get your hi-hat to make a smooth noise like that open? I play at my school and I can't get my hi-hat like that for the life of me.
KS Highlights I open them just enough to where they’re not touching if you open them too much you don’t get the “tsss” sound and if you have them too close together it sounds like they’re just closed, hope that helps keep rockin 🤘

@@GKillChill there actually is a little thingy on top of the hi hat stand (right above the hi hat cymbal) that if you turn it right changes how loose the top cymbal is, hopefully that helps you in case how haven't figured it out already
