That was a perfect landing for a wet runaway, where it's required that the pilot `sticks it' by letting the craft drop a little more firmly to avoid/reduce the chances of aquaplaning. It was not a hard landing at all. This comments section & the number of likes really are a testament to ignorance - not to mention this idiotic upload & title of something rather normal & necessary.

We flew from Ibiza to Malaga on Ryanair and that’s the exact kind of landing we had!
