I drive 2018 Ciaz petrol currently and i had an offer to exchange it to 2015 Skoda rapid diesel. But after watching this video i have made up my mind to stick to Ciaz as i will not be able to afford that expensive maintenance cost of skoda.

Value for money car, instead of buying creta and seltos go for this. Real SUV

While european cars do have well inefficient ac and power delivery coupling especially for hot climates, but sorry to say the numbers quoted by you seem unique to your case only. Problem is likely a faulty calibration of the data and possibly ac weakness and 1.0ltr engine tuning for hot weather climate. My friends have observedthat the ac + traffic combo gives 10kmpl in pune but around 7-8 in delhi.

You are absolutely correct. I am facing exactly the reasons you have mentioned above. Very poor A/C performance. Mileage is quite low within the city. Rattling noise and the strange thing about the seats height which changes on its own.
