This wild pond in the Chiltern Hills is teeming with life. Here is some footage of the tiny tadpoles that inhabit this fantastic pond. The pond is deep in the forest and way off the beaten track. The horrendous state of the London Borough Of Enfield's streets. April 2024

With the closure of this roadside rest area in 2017 , the lone phone booth located here has long been forgotten. Driving past it for a number of years, I have slowly witnessed it be swallowed up by foliage, as nature reclaims this lay-by. Lets have a look at the current state of the booth.

The London borough of Enfield is situated in the north of the greater London area. And sadly like many other boroughs in London, it's slowly sliding into the abyss on many levels. Here are what some of the streets are like today (April 2024).
