I love the polyend tracker workflow.
Shame that daweson engages in the shitty practice of making you go to two separate websites and physically add it to your cart in order to see what the price is
at least you get 90 day free trial
I really like the video, sounds fantastic
in regards to subscription models for plugins and software, i am a strong proponent of meeting in the middle and offering software with a rent-to-own model. paying a relatively low monthly payment is much much easier for most people than paying one large lump sum. the shady part of a purely subscription model has no end. i like rent to own because once I pay the same amount as the lump some (usually with a pretty small upcharge) i own it just like the people with spending money. i love that splice offers this for some VSTs, but i really wish that more software companies offered this as an option, Image-Line in particular. i can barely afford to fucking feed myself, i can't be dropping over $400 on a full software package and i absolutely do not want to drop $90 on the shitty featureless version of that software praying i can somehow scrounge up the rest to pay for upgrades of over $100. let me pay $20 a month until i've paid the same amount as the folks that dropped the over 4 hundy. i really don't see any drawbacks to any software companies offering this as an option, and it's not exploitative like a subscription model is. folks should demand that software companies offer rent-to-own as an option imo, especially in music and audio since it's such an expensive hobby.

People can be averse to “pride” without being homophobic. Ideologues are a lot scarier than homosexuals…
Fl always seems to have cool features, but my workflow is with ableton and who has the time to learn a new DAW
your reasons for not learning FL are the exact same as my reasons for not learning ableton
Airplane peanuts!
I built my own sound treatment in a similar way that you plan to and it worked great. Rock wool isn't fun to work with but once it's inside a wood frame and covered with cloth it's fine. I learned to avoid cutting the rock wool by making my wood frames the same dimensions as the insulation pieces.
Holy shit "Haunted" is amazing.
felt like a scene out of Baraka. Nice!
Connecting osc stuffs vibing to this 🌀 great patch!
🥲
This is amazing.
Thank you for the wonderful soundtrack for a 4th of July evening ✨🌆
th-cam.com/video/wIJuQqYhx-E/w-d-xo.html - Hey Benn - regarding Room Tuning, I see you're going to be using Soundworks. An excellent choice, especially with the Calibrated Acoustic Mic,. Have you considered using Room EQ Wizard as an intermediate/ Control Step to measure the Absorption without any Electronic Room Correction? 🤔
Yey you did the sumu!
What's with all the politicking before the show? Well to each their own.
I have the right handed version of the MX Vert and i LOVE it. Highly recommend.
People who aren't 100% aligned with your extreme leftist views are not "fucking bigots" Benn. Gosh I just wanted to watch a podcast about a new synth. Why does it have to start with the leftist politics? Why can't a company just focus on building the goddamn tractors again?
Is he really an extreme leftist lol. What did he say here that is an extreme leftist view?
@christopherbrown6732 yes, yes he is. It's not normal for the for-profit companies to have a "DEI" department and count the skin colors and genders of their employees. You're not a "fucking bigot" if you don't like being "appreciated" for your skin color and gender and sexual orientation only. It's not normal for companies to have "climate goals". Climate change is a natural phenomenon, and no, it's not affecting anyone because it's extremely subtle, and no, you're not a "fucking bigot" if you prefer the companies to focus on the actual business and not on the current Democratic party agenda. The very use of the phrase "fucking bigot" in this context immediately tells you that you're dealing with extreme partisanship. I'm not even a Republican, I don't support Trump or anything, I dislike "the other side" partisanship equally, I'm just a regular person who came to the US from the outside and I'm seriously freaking out how everyone on the left is promoting certain cargo cult practices while being so exclusionary of anything that challenges them. That said, I don't really believe this particular tractor company stopped with the pandering, they just chose to pander to "the other side". Which is pitiful. Just fix your company silently, I don't have to hear about it. And I certainly wasn't expecting to hear this "news" from a music channel...
@christopherbrown6732 I tried to answer, but my comment didn't show up. Maybe didn't pass the TH-cam censorship. So now you'll have to guess on your own :-/
... the stream itself is good though. And with the plugin developer himself in the chat, wow.
@@MonadTransformer yeah he's quite the musician
MPEG ¿?
The more videos I watch of the Uno X the more I like it.
If you didn't ave an MPE controller, would you buy Noisy 2 in a heartbeat?
Depends on if you had a Expressive E Touche and didn't already have a load of synths that work with that already. Another to consider is Plasmonic.
Can't beat the tamales in Pilsen
I bought the astro lab here in the UK at launch - fantastic keyboard! I own the keylab 61 mk2 too - just need to learn how to play lol im not a musician but wow the sound from this is fantastic
In this part of Australia snakes that cant kill you dont exist, i always keep a healthy distance
"borderine personality hi-hats" may be the funniest quote.
I came here to talk about how i worked at a venue that DEP tour came too, and how cool i thought it was you were on it and that DEP was bringing other weird music out, etc...but then you started talking about Baseball in a way that makes me want to come see you live and throw baseballs at you that say "BE AMERICAN YA JERK". You love Jazz, and Baseball and Jazz go together. DENISE! I THOUGHT YOU RAISED YOUR SON RIGHT!
I would love the FL piano roll as a sequencer for the modular.
Man. FL's piano roll 😍
1:41:00 crazy good song
Thx to horse pi** ... The vibe is immensely effective :-)
Sending out the old studio with a jam?
Kinda feels like Jeremy made this one, idk why? 😄
Nice! Looking pretty satisfied with what you have done, in the end 😆
Sounds like Mario is running out of time! :)
This feels like a singular megamix. Everyone had really interesting takes on Superlative's track, in addition to those who didn't who had unique originals. So many standouts. You've helped me reconsider what vocals in a track can be!

Trying to find Imaginationcake’s albums and can’t on Apple Music.
Go Informationcake!!
Merging is crazy beautiful Benn!!
What is the sampling and internal audio processing rate kHz and bit?! Why they hide the info?
Oh yes, they don't want to lie and mislead the viewers and potential customers so not speaking about it solves the problem.
Does anyone know when the new Firmware with the synth engineering is coming to the tracker mini?
I'm also interested in this, not that I have one yet
Keys to Benn's success: - the blood of his enemies - generative tools - horse urine
After being on your main channel for the last several years, just discovering this channel now is exactly the kind of content I was wishing for. So happy to find it!
maybe you could quantize the mpe bend input with a grid device in bitwig
About Studio Electrics: what you're doing sounds similar to my design for Shattered Saucer. Circuits: Lighting, Digital Audio (normal design), Analog Audio (Isolated Separate High Current Grounds, all Conductors Impedance Matched and tied into a Star Ground, New Supplemental Ground Rod, RF Shielded with full Conduit Runs, including a Length Induction Box for matching the Resistance of all Grounds). By the way, sad to say we got the news today that Endlesss will be shutting down on May 31, with the servers turning off. Save any jams or Rifffs you may have vested interest in. Hopefully Time Exile will be working through recovery of all of his tribulations soon, but it's a sad thing. Reach out to him if possible, I know this is going to be hard as hell.
For me this side channel is much more delightful than the main one too
It seems rather vain to work with a complicated product and then expect it to do everything while being very simple to use. It might then appear as if it is not good, but that is your own shortcoming. It comes across as prejudiced. It seems quite rude to dismiss a product in that manner. It is something people have worked on very hard and for a long time. You could have watched a tutorial before the stream started, and then you would have known the basics.
My Osmose is currently sitting at a Fedex Facility in Anchorage and shipping out tomorrow for a Thursday delivery.
