I think season 2 is more of a question of when than a "if", gotta be patient Hop on the manga asap syv, theres about a season's worth of material , the gifts aren't nearly as good as in the anime but the rest is still just as great. The next big arc specially, the villain is so great. Also I 💯 agree with how the show made all the side cast extremely likable, litterally applying the reminiscing on the past and memories from the first episodes but on a more shonenesque tournament arc to give depth is a simple but great technique.
