Bock is not that good, get All the discount missions of Rommel and buy him, but before you do that you must get a medal like iron cross or just complete his biography

I have Tolbukin, Kluga, Wittmann, Mainstein with excellence medal, Guderian, rommel with titles, Zhukov, and Marshall with title, and I win with them, just spam forts on the maginot line, in the first 15 rounds focus on everything not in the maginot, in the next 16 to 30 your main focus and money should be at the Maginot

HAH! I have Manstein(fully upgraded Excellence Medal) , Guardian, Rommel (all with their badges from their bio's) Eisenhower, Marshal, Zhukov, Kluge, and more! but you have many good general, and bunkers are the key to winning
