Notably, Mr. Philip Bob Jusu has been named Ambassador to Brussels, Belgium, and Dr. Mohamed Kanja Sesay will serve as Ambassador to Paris, France. These appointments, pending parliamentary approval, are designed to strengthen Sierra Leoneâs diplomatic ties with the European Union, with both ambassadors set to champion the nationâs interests and foster international partnerships.

Helen Kuyembeh has been appointed as the new Chairperson of the Sierra Leone Roads Authority (SLRA), where she will focus on infrastructure development. Additionally, Dr. Wusu Sannoh has been appointed Chair of the National Monitoring and Evaluation Agency, and Mr. Moses Williams will oversee the Statistics Council, reinforcing data integrity and accountability.
New leadership has also been introduced across state corporations. Ambassador Joseph C. Blell will head the National Telecommunications Agency, and Mr. Mohamed E. K. Alie will lead the National Commission for Social Action. Madam Kaday Zorokong is now the head of the Sierra Leone Housing Corporation, Mr. Lansana Konneh will direct the Sierra Leone Telecommunications Company, and Ing. P.K. Lansana will chair the Sierra Leone Electricity and Water Commission. Mr. Joseph Ndanema has been appointed to lead the Sierra Leone Water Company, and Mr. Sahr Kpulun will head the Independent Police Complaints Board.
Other notable appointments include Mr. Jabez Rogers-Wright as Managing Director of the National Insurance Company and Mr. Raymond Katta as Executive Chairman of the Produce Marketing Board, with both leaders tasked with enhancing organizational efficiency. Dr. Victor Massaquoi has been appointed Principal of the Civil Service Training College to promote workforce development in the public sector.
This reshuffle underscores President Bioâs commitment to strengthening governance and service delivery, improving Sierra Leoneâs domestic framework, and expanding the countryâs influence on the international stage.

Don't listen to that useless ECOWAS Laws and its members. The ECOWAS Head Quarters is in Abuja, these members were there during the GENOCIDE by Buhari and Burutai in 2021, and all other atrocities meted against the Southeasterners, but the same ECOWAS kept a blind eye. The same ECOWAS has been watching the APARTHEID happening in Nigeria as we speak, yet they are not intervening, rather, the Organization is in support of all the discrimination, hate, and bigotry against the Igbos of the Southeastern Nigerian by the Federal Government of Nigeria. I suggest, therefore, that ECOWAS should just be dissolved/disbanded.
