I know what you mean. It reminds me of classic plants vs zombies but just one lane. But still learning things and the inferno tower start is quite a challenge.

@frozenmelon There's one I did yesterday after putting it off forever. You have 5 minutes (fear on) to beat the mourning fields. I won with 7 seconds left xD

@@janikut_ yeah kinda had to do it though due to the power gain on hit on the other enemy. Just shows the difference in the difficulty which I am liking.

@@ripperchieff yeah I never thought about that discount as a way to increase the income like that would have fixed a lot of the problems I would have had for the late game if I did that. Thanks.

@@ripperchieff Yeah butler is op for the start. Can already see the drop off after the first boss. Kind of an early mid game build which if I placed the glass tower one space to the right could have pivoted to the honey flower combo easily. I found it fun though to not have a chest tower which was interesting.

Yeah I agree. I keep looking at the difference in power of getting a shard vs an artifact and for consistency I think it is better to have the shard depending on your spells. Which makes the elites not really worth fighting when looking at the risk to a run.

I completely agree. Love the game though some stuff needs small adjustments but the design and how it mirrors the first game is brilliant. Plus I don’t think it replaces the original which just shows how well the original was designed and holds up. So can be daunting to follow up with a sequel.

If I could bring my sword and shied, I would but they were deemed too powerful together so they had to be separated. It hurts me greatly.

Yeah it really isn’t easy. Noticing when it is needed can be even more difficult in both others and ourselves.

I have played quite a lot but more casually when I had free time. As for my knowledge on the game it isn't anything amazing but have seen some of the main story beats, completed enough runs to unlock the garden (avoiding spoilers). Sure I can chat will try to livestream some runs soon so I would welcome it.

Sure if you want. Main thing to watch is tempo and value. Most games can be won based on this two factors. You either out value the tempo, tempo out their value or both. Knowing how you deck is meant to win can also give a clear strategy as unlike standard you can't know you opponent's gameplan. Don't play around what your opponent might have, you will lose more than you win in arena but play for every chance you have to win. And lastly always have fun and learn something, this can be by building silly decks or laughing at the misfortune, because not every game is winnable.

I am too. There was so much it could have done depending on the match ups. Though you might enjoy a priest run I have coming soon which I am currently on. ;)

Knowing they have it made all the difference though. But goes to show how some cards are just overpowered in arena and not in any other mode.

Yeah but to be honest looking back I could have made better plays like the Dunk Tank should have kept it. Aw well :)

Yeah. Sometimes you get a fun deck to play but just come against some of the worse matchups for it. But it all balances out... eventually.
