I wish I would’ve learned about this earlier. This is awesome!!! 👏 I turned an application for season four I hope I wasn’t too late!! I think we all should Recover out loud (as loud as one is comfortable with lol- I don’t really like the word should- like who am I so say YOU SHOULD do anything! ?.. lol but yall are my people, im sure you know what I mean 😂 ) anyway! .. I believe that we owe it to those dying in silence- to recover out loud!! For all those who didn’t claim their place on the sunny side of the street - we Shout it from the rooftops type stuff! 📢 🔈 📣 🗣️🗣️ recover out loud for all the families - as you know, this is a family disease !! They need US too! Check this out .. 👀 👇 A few months ago, I had a situation with a parent from my sons high school, a woman whom I’ve never met when she decided committing terroristic threats and attempting violent acts against my son and I was a good idea. Well SUPER DUPER long story short - that happened totally unprovoked and she was absolutely found to be in the wrong and we were on the victim side. She was the perpetrator 100%. Because of her actions she got banned from school ground and all school activity for the period of at least one year. She also was indicted for a criminal complaint of the two charges mentioned above. Well, this lady probably my whole life because that’s what women do sometimes lol and she found out I was in recovery an that I used to use drugs and as a result, I’ve been incarcerated countless times and that included a couple new stories for the really bad time. Well, I stated before and I bullshit you not I had no part in that incident. No bad part like I didn’t do anything wrong in that situation she must’ve been having a bad day and took it out on the closest person around her, because she found out about this ammunition. She thought this would make me and she thought this would make it my fault all automatically. She thought this would defy my character, and this would cause others to rally around her versus me. This woman took my mugshots to the school board meeting, which is posted on the schools TH-cam channel. This woman went on channel 9 news to say the situation was and talk badly about me on there. This woman put together Facebook conversations that were fabricated and out of contacts and not an order and took me to court with my record trying to get a TPO against me to make me look like the aggressor and also to have opportunities to throw me in jail with just the phone call as retaliation. (she had the police here for something said that was no way related to me while the TPO is pending) . There was plenty more crazy weird things from this woman, but that’s not the point the point is she tried to use my past against me like I should be embarrassed. Because I am me, I went to the parents, Facebook school site and shared my legacy project, which is my life story pretty much and wrote, this big long paragraph to any other parents and said this is what’s wrong and this is why people die alone because people like this who try to make people ashamed about it especially in the moms circle. I didn’t feel like I fit in with the school moms or the school administrators and I still don’t to be honest, but I make it work and if it was somebody else she tried to do that too. You never know that could’ve humiliated her to the point she no longer could attend her kids event or she relapsed or you know the endless impulsive things we can do if we don’t tap into that tool kit I wrote a screaming even louder than her and I said let’s talk about the person. I am now about my addiction you know commented on that about how they’ve always been ashamed and something talks about and they thought that they were the only one and they didn’t have any support, etc. etc. because of that we now have a little friend group of mom‘s in recovery. It’s nothing official, we may start our own 12 step fellowship group but what was born out of that attempt to belittle and embarrass me I am forever grateful for. One of the mom said she’s been really down lately contemplating suicide and she had recently used two times and felt she was about to get back on the wagon and we as a group helped her move past it. I say that to say this- always be your genuine self. No matter what social circle or group or organization or faculty or staff, etc etc. when confronted with something alike what I just described, or a situation where you’re presented with the options to speak up or shut up , I URGE you to speak up & SPEAK UP LOUDLY!!! I can almost guarantee in any group, there is at least one or more person with the disease of addiction and or a family member or friend of someone with the disease of addiction that NEEDS you to. Try to get out and think about others if God places you there and align everything for you to hit a perfect Home-run- do it!!! Never know just how many people who are here today and sober today because of something we said that we may not even be aware of. I love all of God‘s children and I am available on my Google Voice if you ever need a sober friend. 513-620-4364 God bless everyone associated with this. You are doing the Lords work. I love each and every one of you. ❤

Chrissy Strong and what a picture of incredible strength 💪 and haha I was the one that was always writing it down and ripping it up and but God had a plan for me and I was in the same place that so many others with the struggles but great music and interviews like you're are putting the light on the facts of the struggles so much respect for you and your honesty in every direction and that is getting to the places in the world of success and yes so very sorry for what that demon 😈 did to you but haha you survived the process and think God and his guidance because he is the one who will be able to set us free 🙏💪💯♾️👌

Thank u for sharing ur story, it gave me chills! Ur someone I look up to in my own recovery, ur an amazing woman & are beating odds everyday! I recover out loud also for the ppl still suffering & for those we lost along the way. I just celebrated 2yrs & I've lost some of the closest ppl to me as well as been thru all types of things that could have easily lead me right back to that life but instead of I chose to use it as fuel to never go back! On days I struggle I recover louder to remind myself I can & have got thru this. Recovery is different for everyone but as long as u get up 1 more time then u fall down & keep going, we all have a chance to gain our lives back!! Thanks again for sharing, keep up the hard work! I'm proud of u & u truly do inspire me ❣️ #wedorecover #odaat
