Hello Predator! Stum Boss Bill here in Chicagoland, IL .....I see you have a very nice looking machine here. I see your video here says 22-inch grind depth but your website shows only 18-inch depth...just curious about is the website updated to the newest specs on your 38X here?

No you plunge cut forward with it, takes off two inches in each cut!
The 500 is struggling really need a 880
@@GorgeyWoofy-jb3ip there is an attachment for an 880 too, but many tree companies don’t have 880’s, they have smaller powerheads. This gives them an option of using whatever they have on site at the time

That’s the worse idea I’ve ever seen.
Why?
Like eating a bowl of serial with a fork. It is a chainsaw, not a stump grinder. It lacks power. It is laborious to assemble. In terms of safety looks atrocious. Hit a rock...broken leg. I imagine the lack of power would cause the operator to lean hard into the stump, what would stop said operator from falling onto the grinder?
@@Darragh094 Its actually very efficient, better than a lot of 2 wheeled stump grinders in fact. A 14" diameter stump gone in under 9 minutes is better than a lot of generic 2 wheeled grinders.

Does this work on a 311? I bought a 311 for the cleanup needed when the tornado hit my town in late March in 2021 here in Coweta County GA.
The smallest saw it'll fit is the 500i. The 311 is a little too underpowered for the job in this application.
That just seems like an excessive attachment. Kudos for the individual whom came up with the idea realizing some ornamental trees are planted in very peculiar places. But practicality is far & few between depending on the geographic. Ty for the video! Always love to see something new!
Looks like it took awhile. I'd have cut that stump down much more than that.

Clay bricks do little damage but concrete, steel, granite, bluemetal etc blunt and chip the teeth in seconds.

I can honestly say I've been stumping for 8 yrs I've been doing fine with my bandit 2550 I get into every space I need to except 3 days ago there where stumps behind a garage and fence I could of used that but that would be the only time my other stumper is bandit sg75 now that machin is a beast

Why wouldn’t you just cut the stump off at soil level with a chainsaw in probably half the time with less mess 😔wouldn’t buy !!

It would be a fcuk sight quicker if you chainsawed the stump to within a few inches above the ground, not impressed.
A 4” angle grinder with the correct blade will do the same thing, and will cost less than $75.00.
