This immensely beautiful song was composed during final years of Madan Mohan's life. Dejected & riled with film industry MM was drowning deeper into despair & drinks,music was getting more orchestral albeit better with time. The interlude pieces are symphonic but there is deep pain within them.This song is usually not attempted due to the orchestra thats needed to hold it. This attempt too is largely held up by a respectable performance on singer's side.Well done.
