What's the name of your search browser at the beginning of the video, other than that awesome video man!
Zen browser, I was trying it out - its pretty cool but not very stable
helpful, thank you
I'm one of those guys that fix everything with few lights on a scene lol. Course, I'm not a pro and never cared much but here I've seen how good renders can really be with proper lighting so I'm definitely going to change my approach and push more efforts in this segment. Thanx a million.
seeing someone have such thought out plans and in the end still struggling with topology along the way is sort of relieving to me... most other tutorials brush over topo like it's nothing. Probably had their fair share of trial and error, too - just offscreen :D
I some people probably preplan the video, I just wanted to show the whole process
Okay I just noticed that you sound clearer and I can hear you better now 🤝 😅
I tried to improve my EQ + on shorter videos I can have higher energy in the delivery
thanks alot of jinxy
Thanks 🎉
Amazing
I found it a bit hard to follow along and understand. The audio feels muffled, and your voice is a bit quiet, as though you’re speaking under your breath. The steps are covered very quickly, making it difficult to keep up. It feels more like a showcase of your impressive skills rather than a true learning experience. I hope you don’t mind the feedback; I just wanted to share my honest impression after watching the video. While it’s clear you’re incredibly talented, the audience might feel a bit left out of the process.
Thanks for the feedback, I changed the title which I think started attracting a different audience, I didn't mean this video to be a tutorial, more of a video for people to see the workflow, I'll create a more structured video in the future. I'll work on the audio and see If I can improve it for the next video, honestly listing back I'm not sure what you mean by muffled, that's just my voice, but I'll see if I can switch out the mic or change the EQ.
Very crisp stuff. Thanks for this!
Hey thomas Where i can get all the reference images you downloaded
In the video I show you what I search and what images I use, just copy that
@ThomasPotter3D oh okk thanks but i searched the exct ones aren't coming
Please you were too fast. Keep in mind beginners. Thank you
Yeah, this is not a beginners video, will be coming out with something longer in the future for beginners, this is to show the workflow for creating products in blender
@ThomasPotter3D I look forward to it
Impressive. I just subscribed. 🎉
Love you tutorials ❤️ but how do you you get reference and inspiration?
I just knew about the company teenage engineering, I just went to the site and google for the product is called teenage engineering OP1
thanks again for your hard work i just found your channel today and been binge watching it . learned alot! thanks again
Cool video! And if you want more views and real viewers, check out for services
Great demonstration. Thank you.
5:44 Ctrl+B Bevel not working. Is there any tips for this?
I'm now using Mac, Ctrl + Shift + B is works
try applying the scale for the mesh, and merge by distance vertices
just tried it on my mac and works completely fine with ctrl b to bevel
Love this tutorial! Will you be uploading the next parts?
inspirational 🙇♂
can you give me a link for this gobo please ?
Sorry, I don't know where I found it from, I'll do a tutorial on it at some point
Just load a texture of your choice in black with alpha in the light and you will have a gobo light
A gem.
Great tutorial. But at this point, I’ll just use cad software.
Yeah its fair, but many people just want to learn other software or pay for them
Cool!!
great vid as always, keep up the good work
Appreciate it!
Love your work, continue with the great content.
Thanks, will do!
Great work!👍
definitly you are the best from my point of view in this domain
fucking clickbait
Fantastic work Thomas! I need your advice and perhaps there's opportunity to work together. How do I reach you directly? Cheers
found ur discord!
Max hay fan bro, but some people don't know this stuff, well done
Yeah he got me started
I'm really enjoying the content you've been creating for your channel. It's obvious a lot of work goes into your renders. I think it would be great if you did an in-depth tutorial walking viewers through the entire rendering process - from start to finish. Even if it was over an hour long, I know people would find it extremely helpful and fascinating.
The first video I did on my channel was a breakdown of a render but at some point I'll probably do some sort of masterclass where I make a long video making an environment
thanks! great tutorial and i like your workflow!!
Looks great . You might want to play around with the Reflection map located on the Texture Co-ord node as well. Right now you are using an environment texture for your reflection but you can use an image/color you desire to be reflected from your object by plugging in the reflection point from the Texture Co-ord node into an image you want reflected and you can adjust the appearance by putting in a mapping node and unwrapping the object to that texture , but not necessary. Thanks for the share. :O)
I just have the environment texture for the tutorial, when I use this in actual renders I want the lights and objects to reflect.
Its so good
You deserve a lot more subscribers man! Just subscribed🧿🙌
Thank you! It's good that you show all your secrets!
nice one.. you got a extra sub... 🤩
it's too fast
Agree. Unfortunately, this is seemingly not a tutorial but a speed demonstration. Clearly, teaching skills do not always align with technical abilities.
idk I think that it could be a bit fast for following along but tbh I'm not even that advanced and I could easily follow this by pausing each step and taking my time, I think he explains everything he needs to and in fact I quite like this speed.
You could try slowing the speed to 0.5 in the settings if that'll help, but yes it is fast.
Is this a second channel? Nice video btw :)
well Technically its the fourth, i just make new channels when i have a new interest
@@ThomasPotter3D Awesome! Dropped a sub :)
@@ThomasPotter3D also thought I'd say thank you, been branching out into character modelling lately and your character modelling tutorials have been a massive help, so thank you :)
