Download Your Free Guide - 3 Things You Need to Know About Cancer: www.katiedeming.com/cancer-101/
Are you dealing with low energy, slow recovery from workouts, skin issues, or chronic health conditions?
Dr. Katie’s returning guest is Bryant Meyers, a former molecular biologist and cancer researcher. He talks about his research on how our cells interact with red light to help heal us.
Learn exactly how red light influences your energy production, why all red light devices aren't created equal, and how to safely harness this natural healing tool.
Chapters:
03:14 - Anti-aging, collagen, sunburn alternative
11:24 - Nature optimizes light for energy and connection.
16:19 - Red light and mitochondrial function
38:31 - What is safe sun exposure
47:40 - How to choose quality light panels
From practical tips about timing your sun exposure to understanding the difference between various red light technologies, Bryant provides a clear roadmap for using light to support your body's natural healing abilities.
Listen, learn, and how red light supports faster wound healing, improved skin elasticity, and even hair regrowth.

What you and Bryant did not cover in this podcast was what mats we could consider buying. I bought Bryant's book off AMZN just now and left a vm w Bryant....I can't research mats further until I hear from Bryant or find the info in his book which won't arrive for 4days. In limbo until then.

Healing trauma is not easy, it's a process of understanding what your experience was, accepting it, and moving on. So much easier said than done. Sometimes unraveling a traumatic experience can lead to uncovering a different traumatic experience that was subconsciously hidden. Lots of unexpected emotions can pop up. It feels almost like a journey because you start becoming a different person when you recognize your trauma, you start to recognize your thought process, you become more mindful, and your perspective changes as well. Eventually you'll let go of the emotional weight that impacts you, but you won't forget. instead you'll be left with what you have learned from that experience. Philosopher Humes pointed out that our perspectives are based off of our experiences. Trauma is an experience. It will change your perspective. BUT dont let it hold you stagnant! All of this is easier said than done. Best luck to everyone healing trauma.

Hi Katie, Listening to your chat w Dr Thomas Cowan. So far, I have bought an Apophyllite Pyramid Cluster and ordered the Teachings of Don Juan. Then out of curiousity, I searched your name to find some soc media to follow you on. That led me to your rather new YT channel. Curiously, one of the your earliest podcasts is about Hydration. Now our lives begin to intersect a bit. I am 63 and in 2020, I tried a homeopathic detox remedy for prednisone. My body did not like at all. MCAS, Dehydration. Life threatening reaction. Not the kind that puts you in the hospital. The kind that puts you in the cemetery. While I did not quite go through a near-death experience NDE the way ppl talk about NDEs, I was definitely in the valley, and have stuck in that valley for most the past 4 yrs. Our metabolic water stores everything, our light, our energy, our vital force. The light within me literally was being drained out of me. Thankfully, I am learning how to connect to the pre-Cambian abundance light water, elements, mitochodria, melatonin, Vit D, et al that God has provided to nourish and sustain our life vessels. While I don't understand all the pathways currently healing me, it's happening. I drop this note just to say hi for now. And yes, I won't be surprised if my path stumbles across you again sometime in the future. Cheers John

@@alancarpenter-se5xp Hi Alan, I missed a preposition, "Of" --- the pre-Cambrian abundance "of" light, water, elements." Light and water are Source. Molecularly we are 99% water molecules. Life on Earth during the Pre-Cambrian was characterized by extensive ocean coverage - so again, mostly water. Life on Earth never could have left the ocean if we did not take the sea with us. Hydrogen and Oxygen, both have "gen" or genesis as suffixes. This abundance of Source is still with us today, we just have to reconnect to Source.

Pablo Kelly passed away from his recent debunking surgery. I wish the Professor was made aware of that . Out of respect for the family.

I followed him on facebook. His wife posted on his behalf. They are also expecting their third baby. Very sad.
