Hi Luke, Thanks for your tips & advice. I started going to the gym last year in Oct and started with the fitness coach last month. When I was working out on my own, I sometimes went twice a day cause when I left, I felt my body wasn't getting enough, so I'd go back. I felt like I was floating through all the exercises, and all I was gaining was a mental success of well done for turning up, but nothing for my body. Until I started with my coach.. Higher weights & and fewer reps. Correct form while exercising Good nutrition Good sleep & rest for recovery. Thanks for the videos they do help for my learning about exercising and understanding the machines.

Man… the lower I go on the pad (for quads) the more it hurts my knees
I would try wearing knee sleeves! They help tons

I find feet position lower makes heels go up? Do i find a position it doesnt or is heels going up ok?
@@StayStoicAustralia sounds like you are lacking ankle mobility. I’ve shared some ankle mobility exercises that I recommend you check out! For now, find a position to where your heels don’t come up.

@@alexscott8799 for sure! I program a lot of at home workouts for my clients. Just replace the lat pull downs with a dumbbell row & incline dumbbell chest press & you’re good to go 💪🏼

I've noticed a huge difference in my leg strength since incorporating this exercise.
@@EduardoSilva-e6m this & seated leg curls are AWESOME. I especially like the seated leg curl. Gets a good stretch at the top while under tension

One study done recently showed that incline press works the whole chest efficiently.

The hack squat starting resistance is 105 lbs… when I go slow and controlled it is difficult to even get one rep… I gotta get stronger before I start doing the hack squat… give me a month or 2
@@Muzicboy3 front squats, landmine squats, & goblet squats will all be solid to building up your strength for the hack squat 💪🏼
Mid chest isnt a real thing
Honestly wanted to check this up online and i found as many source talking about low and high then source also adding a mid one calling low abdominal chest head mid chest sternal head and high chest clavicular head so no idea what to say now

Thanks.. just did this for the first time and i tried it before and after your video.. Let me just be clear the exercise did not work in any way for me before your video.. Thank you!. I did feel a little tired in my lower back after the 2 sets . Am i doing it completely wrong or am i perhaps just tensing up to much (to avoid my back working) i definately felt it in my glutes and hammies a little less. Kudos to you!
Well it's similar to a 'good morning' which will work your lower back as well, I would say there shouldnt be any pain tho
