dang, seems like I should really come visit this area

Bakers narrows lodge suuuuucks

So depressed to find out this absolute waste of a lodge bought this lake. What once was a hidden gem of the biggest lakers will now be over fished over marketed and brought to a definite decline. BOOOOOOOOOO FOR BAKERS…BOOOOOO

I was here in 2021 maybe 2020 with a contrusction crew, we were working on the highway betweeen snow lake and cranberry, me and my roomate are Natives, not one day back from the job site and I am walking after an early quit to go do some fishing and that old guy that runs viking lodge is our room rifling through my partners bag, my bag was wide open and he was obviously embarrassed we were back so early tring to say "oh well we had problems with college kids" and all this horseshit, if it was a different time, I wouldve made him ppay me 500$ and walk, but i was too shocked, I didn't even tell the supe because I really couldnt stir trouble at the tinme, but I always think on that, I'll see him again and I will get my apology for breach of privacy from every person on that shitty little bay! And you will give me napkins this time instead of being a bitch with the "oh you gonna use your sleeve"

Glad to know you've monopolized the land while simultaneously taking a shit on the people in it, Bravo on getting rich, hope u have some forest left to guide in you sleeve wipers lol

Just be sure to stay out of the lodges unless you want the owners going through your bags while your out on the lake, I am sure if it was a few white college kids it would be different but this place has my damning. for now and forever, they amount of disrespect the family shows is damn near enough to make one crazy, i will be back and we can have a chat about privacy🤨

Josh hit the nail on the head... Don't turn down an opportunity to visit Bakers Narrows Lodge... In fact you should be the one to create the opportunity for you and your buddies... Love this place! Worth every minute spent there... Headed back in Jan of 2024 for another awesome experience...

I was here the week after these guys... and while the fishing was a little slower than they experienced it was an amazing trip that produced my personal best laker... I can't wait to get back!

I grew up on this lake and we still have a place here. And although I’ve worked at three different fishing lodges, Athapap is as special as it gets 🎣 🌲

What an amazing deal.. Baker’s Narrows is definitely on my bucket list
