Wanna know what I just achieved today 🤩
Dude this is literally me I broke my knee and have had to do this so many times
Sorry to hear this happened! How are you doing now?
💪🧠
I was there one time is not fun but is temporary
Same. My driving skills are insane
Why do you feel SHAME about little things if you don't know how do it, just ask for the person to help you or teach you how to do it. We all had learn how to do things if don't know ask. No need to be shame okay. Don't let no one make you feel bad or shame for something you don't know ❤❤🎉🎉
This is very true!
I call it trying to trick myself it's hard to say what brings it on honestly I don't think I would call it depression but it seems the longer it goes on the harder it is to talk yourself out of it it's amazing the things we keep to ourselves but the trick is to try to put it behind you and find something to look forward to and don't be to reliant on others advice the best way to learn is from others mistakes but what I'm saying is sometimes you just have to put yourself into the thick of it there is nothing better than personal experience with that you can teach others and with teaching others you can help yourself
Having something to look forward to so is so important!
More than you know it's essential
With all the chemicals or without lol
Looking at how crazy life is and how much there is too It I feel like we live multiple live bc there's absolutely no way to experience everything in one so maybe our souls get to experience tons of very different and unique lives everytime we pass on
Yes so much to experience and so little time!
Shrooms can help with that fear. Just sayin.
We are wanting to do an episode on micro-dosing! Thoughts?
Do you want some advice I'm young but I know stuff if your scared of death act like you live for ever then you can accomplish what you want I've looked death straight in the eyes and I thought what am I doing I have to do something about it so instead being scared don't acknowledge death you fear what you want to fear so just don't be scared
Yes learning to accept and challenge this is so important! A work in progress for sure!
Going on Instagram is your first mistake
You are right!
no shit sherlocks
You are totally right. We had a worldwide collective trauma, and it's like very few people acknowledge it. It's not like a pop star died, or royalty crashed, and people did not react well to those. After the pandemic, I see so many people online and on FB that still haven't gotten over covid. But how do we sit people down and deal with it?
It needs to start with us, a conversation that promotes and encourages change!
This is very intriguing.
We will be doing a full episode on the impact of trauma very soon!
😳 those glasses! Where is she? I hear her but,,,
You have made choices that afford you those things
Yes and we often lose sight of the little things that we should be grateful for!
Weirdly fascinating how much people's lives can be different. I understand the pursuit of "wealth and happiness" are culturally bundled up as one single thing as if the two are inseparable and then both of these things are also bundled up with brand names and status symbols to form one big "american dream". I understand that a lot of, maybe most, people are taught to see things that way from a young age, so obviously it's not anyone's fault for believing it and playing along. But, I was born and raised in circumstances so wildly different from this cultural environment that I could never even imagine what it must be like to live a life immersed in these cultural paradigms and beliefs, so it fascinates me. I mean, imagine what it's like to have been taught from a young age not to pay attention to brand names or how someone's car looks like - that's how life was always like to me. I think you're correct in concluding that this american pursuit of wealth as a means of success is a mindset that is not an effective pathway to happiness and in fact might be detrimental.
What a great point to consider! North American culture has seemingly indefinitely tied the concept of happiness and materialistic success together, so much so that its hard to believe a different way of thinking exists! Thank you for bringing this up!
Kendal, Great show! Thank you for having me as a guest. I enjoyed our conversation!
