Hi, I am a cosy gamer, my IGN is Yvalynae in Palia and Hogwart's Legacy... but most know as Aly - just Aly (it's far easier to pronounce I guess). I love to decorate in both games but I am concentrating my efforts in Palia. I love "glitching" which means I have a tendency to decorate "outside the box". I've been studying with a number of "Master Glitchers" since January 2023. I do have a few tours done (Which you can see in my Playlist) and have been told I am a "Glitch-Witch" who can perform some fairly neat "Palia Magic". My videos which I am providing are just raw footage until I can get something decent up here.

Palia - Making Wooden Piers for my Fishing Cabin
Just a short video of how I made my Piers for my Fishing Dock.
All that is needed is A large Building Block or a Building Block Wall - a Shelf (I use the Industrial Shelf) and some Builders Wooden Pillars (use 3 for each section ) .

Butterfly Dome Construction

This is some raw video footage of how I constructed my Butterfly Dome which sits at the entrance to my “Chinquapin Lakehouse” Plot in Palia. Trying to build the dome but confused on the cancellation process I know it’s hotkey not left click but what is the item or items I’m cancelling?
you have to move the curves out of the way to place a new curve close to and slightly overlapping. So you pick up the curve hover to where you want it placed - and then use your hot key to substitute another item - after you press the number of the hot key - press the cntrl key twice. This “cancels” the item. You are then free to place your new curve within the circle of the bug dome - rinse and repeat around the circle. - You then have to change plots for this to work.

As far as the pool is concerned I didn't make a tutorial as I am new to recording and still am learning OBS -- However the "water was made with Capital Chic dinning tables colored in "Shore" - the Fountain was sunk below the tables with both the float and sink method and the Cancellation technique - you can find everything on the Unofficial Palia Housing Discord.
@@Yvalynae hii thank you for replying, im very new to glitching in palia, i cant seem to understand what they're doing. II've tried the float n sink method, but whenever i click a number for another furniture to cancel it, the item cannot be place
and the fountain n chic table trick. does it need the red present to b done?
@@Maverick.Maruyama Cancelation Placement - when you go to place the item you wish to place - DO NOT LEFT CICK- instead press the number key on your hot bar which holds your "iTEM YOU INTEND TO USE TO REPLACE THE ORIGINAL ITEM" - So let's say it is in the Number 1 key - Press the number 1 key you will see the item mask over your original item and most likely it will be outlined in RED. Now press your CTRL key twice. - This action "CANCELS" the HOTBAR Item and puts it back to the HOTBAR. - Join the Discord -- read - study - ask questions - there are Google Docs to read - watch and rewatch the videos - you will eventually get it.
Is there a video with more information. Making each arch, why you go from plot to plot, and the reason for the geranium? The done is so beautiful. You are very talented to come up with this design.
@@lorymoore4085While the design is mine the idea is actually from AN xs tinydragon - from the Unofficial Palia Housing Discord. There is no tutorial for this particular design as I have not made one yet. There is more info in my Bio and a few links which might be of help. But to answer your question The Dome Construction is not easy - not for a beginner- there are different techniques at play here in order to create the dome - Cancellation Technique requires that you move to another plot and then move back in order for it to be triggered. You can also leave your plot and then come back to it or end the game and then restart. These 3 measures will trigger the cancellation and merge the curves into one unit. I did it for each curve each time - it is precise and tedious work. The Geraniums? They are used to cancel place an object, but any placeable item may be used..
