What about SEASONALS? I have been a seasonal for five years now and can’t seem to get any credit for step increases, etc. I have a masters degree in many years of prior experience I believe the park ranger positions are very competitive.. but I feel I should be getting more interviews? Do I put on my résumé education and experience as a qualifier or should I just put one or the other because I have a lot of both? How can I get a job as a seasonal permanently? Or at least intermittent at the same place? Thank you. I seem to be stuck disappointingly at the GS five level. There must be something I’m doing wrong?
