Thanks a bunch for playing through the first episode of RF! Good job beating it on Relentless. Ended up getting some pretty good feedback and taking some notes for development towards the next patch. Big one: we need to tutorialize the Peacekeeper electrodart altfire a lot better. Hitting an explosive barrel, flame canister, or tesla barrel with an electrodart supercharges them, changing the way they detonate. It also stuns guardians (the quadropeds) for a bit, putting them in a counter state. This lets you dart and shotgun blast them really quick to strip their armor. There's also a score attack mode, where you play a single level at a time with every upgrade to try to rack up points and get graded, if that kind of thing interests you.

Vectic: Boosted dev here - thanks so much for taking a look! I'm glad you enjoyed it overall but you were definitely on to something with some of your suggested features (and that text really doesn't work in blue, that will teach me to always play green!). I did implement a more aggressive collisions system during development but it turned out to be more frustrating than fun. Your use of the word 'ram' does put some ideas in my mind though... if I ever get around to Vectic 2 I will take that and others of your thoughts into account when designing Thank you!

Kinda regretting selling my violet saber. Its too bad theres no buyback from the vendors. Scarlet Viper Whip helped me with this boss

GGs Lol that time warp atk sound like bs. :D It doesn't look that hard. ;D Reminds me of the Huntdown final boss, the shogun. That fight was looong. lol

I know it's been a little bit since this video. Do you happen to know how to change the red options in the advanced options screen? It seems strange they would be listed there if you can't change them. And, it seems like it should be options you could change. Anyways, thanks for the video. It helped get me started!

More Gestalt could be cool. It looks a lil' meh though. Like lacking a strong punch or hook. I love the main theme though.

why is dominus working for everybody just not for me?? i got the dialogue, equipped all 3 dom. and trying to use them all at once but she cast it just seperatly

Thanks for this. I started just before the new season to dip my toes in. Now that season is underway, I paid for the BP and plan on trying to fumble my way along. In order of time priority, what do you suggest for a daily routine? I only have Cinq Don as my 3 star so I've been going with a 2 star tremor/1 strong flex character to do mirror and story. I could be off base here, but I believe it's ID pronounced ID, not eye-dee and ego pronounced ee-go. That would be from Freud and fits the theme of the game.

You wanna remove one song from the playlist if it's still there or you'll get hit by copyright bullshit. GMENBASE1.ogg is the one in question. Atleast I had problems with that.

Well played and thanks for your recording. I'm one that appreciates the commentary provided there's no superfluous swearing (which you don't 👍). I do wonder what's the value of having your cam of you playing covering up part of the game. It doesn't add anything of value but rather detracts. Is it just for vanity or am I missing something? Genuine question, not intended to insult.

I just downloaded this game recently from PS Plus.

No offense but 1 min isn't impressive at all. You can beat the final boss in like 5-10 seconds with a magic build. Magic is so much stronger than melee in the DLC. Maximize magic damage, staves, and ST recharging. Then spam Asteroid while also swinging your weapon. Final boss melts in under 10 seconds with even poorly optimized magic builds.

The damage output you can get in the DLC is insane, to give an idea I've done a challenge run with No EXP, No GROW, No Magic Stones, No Boards (this perticular one prevent me to use the higher tier styles as main styles since they come with boards) and No Ehancement and I also didn't use Stat Cards and I didn't have Divine Reversal skill... and I still was able to kill him in 34 seconds, and even with all this restrictions I could keep increasing the Gemstone Power damage increase by farming Corundums to the 999 max (I had about 100) 😂

This was a fun stream, man. That last fight looked tough.

Also in case you haven’t already found it you get the rope by beating Al Khamis in the arena and mastering his armor. You also need to beat Astraea and Master the holy sword for the other key item.

Yeah if you have the skill to make breath of death heal you this fight can be nuked very quickly. I didn’t actually have that skill when I first fought the boss so instead I had to dodge it with triple jump then zero gravity to float above it. Also any idea what the golden cog item does? I beat the boss twice in level mode and it gave me that item but doesn’t have any item description or show up in my inventory.

Thanks for taking a look at World Turtles. There has been some very impactful changes since you recorded this. The triangulation has been redone and is much smoother. The terrain textures have also been redone and looks much better. I am currently redoing the UI with a professional team as well, so some more improvements are on the way!
