dont avoid suffering. accept it as part of life. prepare some countermeasure or copping mechanism within you for any posible problems. When the problem arives, it will still hurt but not as much because you are prepared for it.

Buddha was brought up in society that believed in theories of soul, past birth and next birth. However, buddha declared that he has given up the idea of next birth or past birth according to the Sutta pitaka. The idea of reincarnation or rebirth or cycle of birth and death was introduced after 3rd and later buddhist councils the manayanist Buddhist. Buddha particularly insisted on anatta, no inner-self and anicca or impermanence. Buddha did not preach cycle of birth and death, rather he points to recycling nature of life in which there is death, disintegration, dispersion and recreation. Hence he talks about collective conditional arising, samutpada or samudaya and not individual reincarnation. Anatta, Anicca or Anitya, Samudaya or Samutpada i.e. no-inner self, impermanence, collective conditional arising due to cause and conditions rather than supreme power that create and control and nirvana or cesation of individual after death.

Buddha is the 9th Avatar of Vishnu in this age of Kali Yuga as foretold in the Vedic scriptures. He appeared to bewilder the atheists with this philosophy and to preach ahimsa or non violence. Whereas Buddha teaches nothingness, Shankara acharya teaches becoming everything, he, being an expansion of lord Siva who is a expansion also of Lord Vishnu. God has many expansions, plenary expansion for various pastimes in this world. These two paths ultimately lead to Nirvana or Brahman realization (the same) , merging into the spiritual sky. But we are told that the highest realization is our relationship with God, that we are eternal spiritual beings with an eternal relationship with God, when we act on that we can attain perfection and lasting happiness. PEACE.

Buddha was definitely not the Avatar of any deity. He sacrificed his pleasure, exerted great effort and through trial and error achieved enlightenment. He surely was a great intellect and of strong will. The Brahmans loosing debates and facing increasing rejection from the layman, fearing loosing favors and sustenance from layman, rich landlords and the king, devised this evil scheme so that people will be fooled to believe that Buddha was non other then their God Vishnu.
