@diamondthestorm yeah, I think classic lolita especially is very cool because I'm a big fan of older looks like that! it's why I can stray into victorian goth with my style. the silhouettes, the detail, the lace (I loooove lace), the cool historical details, more historic outfits are really interesting to me! I've gotten a few things from 42lolita (I hope that's an OK and ethical brand, I almost got stuff from devil inspired but I'm very glad I did my research!), enough for one outfit and a few accessories, and im very excited! I'd love to just get into the subculture more because you lolitas all seem like sweetiepies and I love how against you guys are of artist theft and unethical brands. but yeah looking forward to getting into it more <3!!

Hello! I glanced at that site and I would not touch it with a ten foot pole. Super overcharged prices for a lot of these dresses that I am very familiar with and anyone including maid costumes with their Lolita Fashion is generally not a site you want to buy from. You can get every single dress on here cheaper elsewhere

@ thanks so much for the reply! I mainly looked at it cause they had dresses that were sold out on other Taobao sites in my size on there but yea that makes sense. I’ll just stick to my usual then!

@@TheTweedleDumbs To be honest, if it was sold out on Taobao, chances were low you would be able to get it from there anyway since they usually just order from Taobao and send it to you. It's not usually that they also have the product, so it likely would have still been sold out either way. But if you ever want to check something like that, I highly recommend Clobba. The owner, Martin, is a sweetheart and can message Taobao directly about stock and if there's any leftovers you can order. Very trustworthy! :D

@ oh absolutely! I also have contacted Linda from My Lolita dress who I have worked with in the past for a sold out Lolita dress I wanted and finally own. That’s usually my first go to for leftover dresses! 😅

Hello! Yes, you can forgo a blouse as long as the rest of the coord is styled properly! :) I also recommend looking into cutsews, which feel very much like T-shirts. Very light and easy to wear!

Sometimes they have deals throughout the year for free shipping, but the item itself is already usually very overpriced so they can get away with doing free shipping from time to time

I'm not sure. For me, it has my U.S. State. We write our address as City, State, Country. So I suppose whatever goes between City and Country in the UK, if something does? Sorry for not having more information on this.

I would have considered it Old School, personally

momoko wears old school :) though it is a sweeter type old school. old school can be complex because it is just a term used to describe the way people wore lolita in general before roughly 2007-2008. when you become more experienced with seeing authentic old school coordinates, you'll start to be able to pick out which brands would evolve to being a more sweet brand, or a classic brand. for example innocent world, who mostly releases classic and classic-y sweet. you can kind of see that some of their older pieces, while being old school, have some classic flare. versus something like angelic pretty, where their old school pieces (especially 2003-2006) have more of a sweet flare, despite being old school.

Hello! On Glitzy, the shipping is not "free", it's just already added into your purchase. You will get the tracking number once your package ships out, which should be a week or so after you complete your order. Basically a complete order is just paying, but they still need to order the item on Taobao and then it needs to be shipped to you.😊Let me know if you have any more questions.😊

It's not really important. Brand dresses tend to be much better quality than off-brand. But there are many gorgeous off-brand dresses and reputable Indie brands that you can purchase from! Most of my wardrobe is from Taobao!
