I help homebuyers throughout all of DFW 🙂 However, to your next point about money down, last month I helped some first time buyers purchase a brand New home like this with zero money down and a 4.5% fixed interest rate (in Dallas County). Special home buyer programs like that come and go quickly... If you would like to be a part of the small group of people who I notified when I find unique home buyer programs like this, let me know.

@@LivingInDallasCounty I would love to be notified of specials for first time homebuyers! The real deal is getting into an affordable home. My problem is I love new but can’t afford new. I’ve been told before about zero down and a low rate BUT it’s about affording the mortgage plus all the other bills for the home. Definitely have to hit a million dollar + lottery for these beautiful homes.
