Thank you John for this video :) i was searching for a solution to set a newly created knowledge base to be access publicly by non authenticated users from the portal but i cannot seem to get it to work, i did follow all instructions from sn community but in vain . when i am authenticated to the portal and click on knowledge base it shows me available knowledge bases drop down and i can select which one i want which populate its categories etc but when i am not authenticated and click on knowledge base it shows no categories available again i made all pages widgets public and can read left it empty etc i reverified many time but i don't know what is causing that ( I am on xanadu release ) any idea ?

Great video, thank you. One thing, as of today, the Credential has to be set up with a GitHub token, the account and github password don't work. You will get the "Repository authentication failed, check credentials. Make sure the user has both read and write access". So a github token for the password in the Credential. Other than that, the code runs smoothly. Thanks again.

Hi, when is the ESRI ServiceNow store app expected to be released?

How would one take a map with data points and make it available on the portal as part of a catalog item or record producer? It seems that these maps can only be used on the back end with UI Page links or a bare map without data points can be used on an RP.. this is very much what we are looking to build for an upcoming demo to a client and we haven’t been able to bring the best of both worlds together to pull this off. Thoughts?

2 things: 1. If I fill in a bin as a location on an asset and click on the location's 'preview this record' button like you showed in the video I get the location table/record of bin 1, not the warehouse bin record like in the video and the location record is quite empty. You can't see the corresponding warehouse and aisle which I would like to see, you can only see the parent of the bin (aisle level). 2. What can be done with the Warehouse Zone that comes with the update set? Because you don't show that in the video and I also do not see a related list for it in any of the other records.

Very usefull John as ServiceNow is missing this capability OOB.

Hi John, when I try to do the import from source control, I pick my credential that i setup and hit import, but it error and says "Repository authentication failed, check credentials. Make sure the user has both read and write access". I tested my credentials on Github to ensure they are correct and they are. Any ideas?

John, interesting work which helps, so thank you. My reading of CSDM says that Services do not have CI relationships to Service Offerings? A Service Offering can only reference one Service (parent). This stops the Service appearing as impacted for changes and incidents, and correctly focuses outage reporting on the Service Offerings.
