My thanks to you. Spotfire is powerful but can be so unintuitive at times. I never would have thought to look under document properties for filtering when there are so many other places which deal with filtering or data properties.

Hi, I am using spotfire 7.11. When I tried to use the function NPV, it always asks for an aggregation method for 'Cash Flow' column. I have to choose either 'Sum' or 'Avg' (which I am unsure of to choose from) in order to see any number getting generated. If I don't use any aggregation method, the bar chart shows no values.
