Thank you! for the video. I have connected the screens as shown here. However the left screen works i have to use a flashlight to see the content on the screen - any idea what could be the cause?
try to increase the blacklight and brightness of the left screen by press the top muti-function button

yes, it also works with M1/M2/M3 chips Mac, but do not to forget to install the driver for the H5-T first

you can insert the power supply of your laptop(USB-C connector) to one of the above USB-C port on back of one poratble monitor, then connect the other USB-C port and the usb-c port and your laptop with a USB-C/C cable, then it can charge the portable and your laptop at the same time

When I connect the second monitor with the USB-A to C cable the screen displays S2 then says No Cable Go To Power Saving. Help!
you can can just connect one portable monitor by a USB-A port, you should connect it with full-featured USB-C port/thunderbolt or HDMI+USB-A ports as USB-A port can not tramsmit real time video signal like HDMI Port and thunderbolt
I have one HDMI, One USB-C and two USB-A. How do you suggest I connect to get both monitors working on the S2. Currently only one works.

should make sure how many video signal transmition ports does your laptop comes with, including full-feature USB-C port(thunderbolt), HDMI port, Displayport and mini display. Yes, offcourse you can did it. You can use the extend mode to make each one on a momitor from left to right

Great video and thankyou, but i am receiving an error message when connecting the power usb and hdmi cables. and a red light on the back of the monitor. No Signal and go to power savings
If you use HDMI+USB-A port to connect one portable monitor, please make sure the USB-C end of the HDMI/USB-C cable should connnect the the port which mark "HDMI" on back of the portable monitor, can not connect the the ports which mark "TYPE-C1" or "TYPE-C2", then also need to power the portable monitor by connect one of the port "TYPE-C1" or "TYPE-C2"
HDMI cable should connect to the port which mark "HDMI" on back of the portable monitor, do not connect to the ports which mark "TYPE-C1" and "TYPE-C2" which are design for USB-C/USB-C and USB-A/USB-C cables

@@stievodevivo yes, the portable monitor support reverse charging function, it can charge the laptop at the same time if you insert the power cord to one of the USB-C port(not the bottom HDMI port), and use the USB-C to USB-C cable to connect the other USB-C port(not the bottom HDMI Port) on back of the portable monitor and the Full-featured USB-C port on your laptop
Should notice that the USB-C end of the HDMI to USB-C cable should connect the port which mark"HDMI" on the portable monitor, and another USB-A to USB-C cable or extra power source with USB-C cable is needed to connect to one of the ports which mark "TYPE-C1" & "TYPE-C2", both cables are needed for video transmission(HDMI to USB-C cable) and power supply(USB-A to USB-C cable).

@@ItsYaBoi-qk3vz i just looked around my monitor and there is a small button of the stand itself located right below the VGA port. I just press and hold it and pull the stand carefully. it goes off easily once that button is pushed
