I don't even understand why this is up for debate. As with anything in any store, it is the store's property until you pay for it. Once payment is received, then it's yours. A lot of stores don't make a big deal about snacking on chips or drinking a soda while you shop because they trust you'll pay for it. But technically, you stole it. You can't even argue that you borrowed it because there's no way to return it (in its original state) if its it's a consumable. People need to stop trying to justify their trifling behavior.

At the heart of it, YES it's stealing. Once the monetary exchange happens then it's fair game. If caught, there's no way you can prove you were "going" to pay.

@chayse howard, sorry didn't see your question until review! All the third party apps, Niantic doesn't want gamers using, are hard at work attempting to break the security that's in place. They don't have access to the servers. I know it makes it easier to use those apps, or websites, but it's WAY more fun collaborating with other gamers to HUNT for them! We use the group-me app to communicate whatever we see in this area. It's a lot more fun this way. We're currently up to 560 members! That's why I'm holding this raffle for them!
