🇭🇰-我開這個頻道的主要目的是想透過我自己的經驗以及知識來介紹中國武術和中國文化。所以，我希望可以用這個平台將中國武術發揚光大。
🇺🇸-The main goal of this channel is to introduce Chinese martial arts and Chinese culture through my own experiences and knowledge. I hope I can use this platform to spread my knowledge and carry on the tradition of Chinese martial arts.

重要真係明，不要吳人子弟，
龍形＂魔桥＂套，开拳礼只是双向推出拳礼，並無双插拳这一动作。再进一步就是＂立五形＂套路，双向推出拳礼也只有保留一个向一边拳礼了。＂摩桥＂属于中级套路，处于初级与高级套路之间。
