guys, i love you, but enough with the taylor swift and all of the random talk. i would love if you guys spoke more about books considering the podcast is called bookmark’d. i think actually talking about maybe your last read, current read, next read would be so interesting! dont get me wrong, there is nothing wrong with the talk about celebrities, however the topics are exhausted a bit too much, and unfortunately, none of the episodes have been new or exciting topics (other than love island). it makes the podcast difficult to listen to and enjoy, although yes it’s what you guys like and is authentic to you, however, coming from a consumers standpoint, what you guys advertise by your name which was the whole reason i was excited for this podcast in the first place, just gave me the impression that this podcast was going to be different. i love you guys so much and just want to provide constructive feedback 🫶🏽

The food section of this podcast had me cracking up! 😂

I could not watch. The rising voice at the end of each sentence....like asking a question. The amount of generalizations is insane. To mentioned "trends" but not mentioning even one specifically. These ladies seem to think that social media is the root for all fashion and trends. No discussion of history, trends throughout time, trends that go away and return, or how socialites were the leaders of fashion and trends such as the Duchess Devonshire. Then switch to Hallowe'en - which is not a trend. Also if I had $100 for each time they say "like:, I'd be able to by a new car before the end of this video. Is it "like: a trend, or a trend? Oh honey, every age came up with new technologies and inventions. so sad that young people do not know how to survive or manage themselves without the internet.

The Nightingale quite literally broke me it felt like my heart was being broken piece by piece with every page. I was crying until every last tear was out of my eyes. It was the saddest book I have ever read. Kristen Hannah has a way of writing that is so sad but at the same time so beautiful. So if you haven't read Destiny please do.

Destiny! I’m not sure what your symptoms are but if you suffer with IBS symptoms (bloating, pain, constipation and or diarrhoea, flatulence), Avocado can be a trigger food for symptoms as it is high in sorbitol. You might find other foods high in sorbitol or other FODMAPs to be triggers too. Lactose is another example of a FODMAP. (I’m a dietitian). Monash University have some great info on FODMAPs 🩷
