I agree that no one want to be spit on, but, punching someone that is defenseless in the face shows a lack off self control. He was out to get her no matter what. Sure this cop was fired but he might have been rehired shortly afterwards by this department or another one. He might even go to another state and be hired by another police department. Somebody has to be responsible for making sure this cop isn't hired again. Internal affairs or someone else should check on him constantly. He should not be allowed to own a gun or any other weapon. He should not be allowed to enter society because he is a danger to everybody he comes in contact with.

This another reason that cops need to do 2 years as a firefighter and then another 2 in the jail before they can move up to being a cop. then maybe they will learn a few things about Officer Safety and this kind of treatment by those arrested. Then they will have some time learning about and gaining some patience when dealing with people that are drunk and disorderly then they are ready for a 2 year Police Academy with 6 months on the US Constitution (you know that pesky little thing you swear an oath to protect and defend) and then the laws of the area you are going to serve in. Another thing it will do is to weed out the money hungry DAWGS that just want the money that comes with being a cop. If they have to wait 6 months to be on the streets then maybe they will have learned some patience.

Yes, we had the same experience. Toilets, AC and our room locks not working, hours to get seated in the dining room only to walk in to half empty place, finally getting sick on their food and spending a night with non-working toilets... Meanwhile, a bunch of other TH-camrs singing praise to how wonderful this ship is! I did a video about it and wondered if I was on the same cruise as all these other people.
