Good)
When I was a kid, a friend of mine used to walk on top of the railing on the bridge when we went over to the minimart!
Seen no snow in my hometown in southern Romania for 20 years. This looks beautiful.Love winter!
None of the dozen or so people you crossed paths with offered a “Good Morning”… that’s curious. I saw a large banner proclaiming “We Welcome Everyone “ spanned across the street.
Nice images, that's what we hoped for.. two weeks ago, the place was an insufferable mess of traffic, noise, and rude people.. no thanks..
Just lovely
Wow! I taught at the college, 2000-2015, and remember much of what you covered in this walk, particularly the views of the Otter Creek River. Thank you for screening!
The bridge was rebuilt in 2009 after being destroyed by hurricane irene. There is a nice restaurant above the Simon Pearce glass works. I lived there for 12 years. Beautiful area.
😍
This town seems a bit depressed. Like so many other towns across this nation.
it is a very small town,. Only a population of around 8000, as of the 2020 census
That snow looks cold,🥶
All Real Vermonters are done with Burlington. No one goes there all Businesses are leaving. It is a disgusting trash can. You can't go for dinner on Church st. I just left there with my family. Ask any l9ng time Vermonter and they will laugh at you when asked how they like Burlington. Trash all over. Homeless everywhere. Gun violence is out of control. Williston is the new Burlington.
I really like the small town vibe. I hope one day I can move to a beach town someday in the future.
i love Vermont i love USA I now happily live in a beautiful, safe and peaceful Vermont town I have moved citizenship to the United States 🇺🇸🗽

Great video! Love the ambiance of someone playing bagpipes in the park. I love VT and this makes me want to get back up there again soon.
20:34 Tonight in Burlington, what happens when Heirloom Instrumentation meets a possible wedding march? Find out what happens on tonight's "Cultural Learnings..." (snark redacted) 2 26:10: Is that a sculpture? -1 30:30 Think any of those sailboats ever (inadvertently, I'm sure) brought Prohibited Cargo across the border? Maybe a local person has some dubious tales to tell about good, clean, American mischief and Burlington's role in facilitating it (folks on both sides of 45N are welcome to chime in)? Please be sure to respect the statute of limitations (some stuff should remain legendary).
Please
Pink floydd
Must be nice to go to a park with no homeless camps and garbage everywhere.
What a thriving downtown. Beautiful day and there's like 10 other people walking around.
My hometown! I recently performed in the town hall shown at the beginning for am eclipse celebration. This must have been filmed on a Sunday evening judging by the lack of cars parked and businesses not open. Lol
very well captured! thanks for the upload. is it really that dark?
Yes! Maybe you could see a little more than that
Thanks, great reactions by the people gathered there. Beautiful area too. Excellent filming.
At 8:48, used to live on the 2nd floor of the building on the northeast corner. There was a restaurant on the first floor that was called the Rainbow Room.
That's Smokey walking me in front of Snaps/Harmonia...
So beautiful, thank you! Hello from Russia 😊 Would like to see fall in Vermont, it's amazing. Wating for new videos

It's not like this now. Dangerous place

Adoro seus vídeos, Vermont é um lugar incrível. Qualquer dia vou passar minhas férias aí
Not a golden arch in sight😂😂
I don't like them, either, but what's your point?
Mayberry!!❤❤
I grew up here in the 1970s. Amazing how little it's changed, especially with a layer of snow to cover things. Yeah, the foot bridge is new but aside from that.
This video made me want to move to Middlebury. Love it!
An old Ben Franklin sign! Is the store still there? The signage int eh window looks like maybe it's a restaurant?
New subscriber here…love your channel.
Thanks for subbing!
May I ask why there are two cities named Waterbury in the States? One is here, the other one is in Connecticut. I'm just wondering ( I'm not American obviously )
We have lots of cities with the same name all over the US. And in the New England area, a lot of cities share names with ones across the Atlantic.
Such a beautiful town, thanks for sharing.
It stinks they put up that extra fencing…but Hartford was tired of closing down Route 4 as this became the place to commit suicide & it’s a long way down The cost of retrieving the victim & closing Route 4 to do it was just too much. It’s a lovely walk down but remember you have to go back up. Beautiful area.
A beautiful day in Burlington! The water looks amazing!
