How Insensitive lyrics How insensitive I must have seemed When she told me that she loved me How unmoved and cold I must have seemed When she told me so sincerely Why she must have asked Did I just turn and stare in icy silence What was I to say What can you say When a love affair is over Now she's gone away And I'm alone With a memory of her last look Vague and drawn and sad I see it still All...

Schöne Musik, schöne Blumen.
This is Monsters of Folk.
Could just call this video “Monsters of Folk: From the North Country” haha
Girl from the North Country means a lot to me. Almost any cover of it breaks me. My Wife...
Good stuff. No matter what, Johnny Cash and Dylan’s version together is untouchable
Whatever cause talented legacy left behind.impeccable playing ..no notes of excess or wastage
Heinz always goes to the higher. Harmonic series, bluesy. The record with Albert Mangelsdorff in Tokyo ,1973 will remain a classic. Jamie Briton
Falls die beiden irgendwo live auftreten - es lohnt sich wirklich!

So beautiful...I do not have words to describe this treasure...
My favorite version
Magico Pieranunzi...
Dove posso trovare gli spartiti dei brani?
Penso debba tirarli giù ad orecchio!
holy shit i have audio in Hd from back in the stereo gum days, message me for it.
do you still have it?
Good Dylan cover
[Verse 1] If you’re travelin' in the north country, fair Where the winds hit heavy on the borderline Remember me to one who lives there For she once was a true love of mine [Verse 2] If you go when the snowflakes storm When the rivers freeze and summer ends Please see she has a coat so warm To keep her from the howling winds [Verse 3] Please see if her hair hangs long If it rolls and flows all down her breast Please see for me if her hairs hangin' long For that’s the way I remember her best [Verse 4] I’m a-wondering if she remembers me at all Many times I’ve often prayed In the darkness of my night In the brightness of my day [Verse 5] So if you’re traveling in the north country, fair Where the winds hit heavy on the borderline Remember me to one who lives there For she once was a true love of mine
mike mogis is a fucking wizard
He's playing God's instrument
Bright Eyes wouldn't be half the band they are without him, Conor knows that's why he's apart of almost all of his projects
3:40 - I imagine he is singing about me... and smiling at me... ❤️ ❤️ ❤️
What concert was this from? Considering you're the only person I've been able to find on youtube with this video, do you know if there's an HD version?
+Michael Rasmussen It's from ACL when Bright Eyes played, back in 2004/2005.
It’s from the Austin City Limits performance by Monsters of Folk at ACL Moody Theater, recorded same year they played ACL Festival in 2010
@@PriestsandParamedics is right. It’s not from 2010.
>no credit for mike why
Mike Mogis is a genius
Jim James just obliterates in this.
I saw them play this at the Somerville Theatre in MA on 2/29/04. Great show.
This is the best version.
It's a close second for me. The Nashville skyline version (which this is almost a direct cover of) has gotta be my favorite.
The Correct name of this tune should have been "Ein Li Milim" Which mean in Hebrew "I don't have Words"... But Pieranunzi made a little mistake and called it "Ein Li Milin"... so the mistake remained forever... :)
Love love love
Not even close to the best version
what is the best version?? i love this song
kmerr100 The Version with Bob (who wrote the song) and Johnny Cash.
Ehh I don't think so.
Sephyx I’m sorry but that’s actually my least favorite version. I like the freewheeling’ version better, and actually this version right here is my favorite
The dear nora version @@kmerr100
I love M and Conor...jim james is soooooo overrated...sorry
Monsters of Folk never recorded it you have to download it illegally. not on iTunes
Best version of this song, conor & jim: two of the best musicians, of all time. both highly underated. & jim could be the voice of god.
M is better than J, C is on top tho.
I love when jim uses some twang in his voice. Hes one of the few vocalists I can tolerate using a country style
All of these guys are great folk legends.
Don't we all?
Who do i search for on itunes for this
Nothing compares to Heinz Sauer Thanks for posting
Compelling invention!
I heard it was a heart problem that caused her death.
Die warn schon echt gut, ich finde aber das Nation Afire fast besser war ! :) War trotzdem ein geiler abend !
What's the point of fading it out with about another minute to run???
Love this song.
Beautiful tune. I like the way it borders on cheesy-ness but never goes there...
