That was definately not my first fall and hopefully it will be my hundredth to last.

That crash wasn't so bad. I've seen worse and by that I mean I've fallen worse.

That was the second to last technical climb on Goat Mountain trail at Santiago Oaks Regional Park. While most people go down it, we have not seen many people attempt to climb it. The funnest part of mountain biking is the physical challenge. Its just about the hardest cardio you'll find in recreational sports. It never gets easier, you just get better.
