I worked for them during this time period as a receptionist for a few months. They were beyond unprofessional and the owner was constantly in and out of court for issues with his divorce and previous failed company. He was also constantly in and out smoking weed and cigs all day. He ended up dissolving my position, and from there, the staff started shrinking. He starved out employees (who unfortunately did this shitty work, but it makes sense when you hear that they were getting paid 1/2 of what they were just months before just bc the owner couldn’t afford their wages anymore). Casey (the owner) would withhold their bonuses (that he signed, agreeing to in contracts that were updated at least five times in the 8 months I worked there) and because he owned two companies (and the same crews worked for both) would spread their hours out over both companies so they wouldn’t receive overtime pay. Eventually, he had no money in the bank and the woman that took over the office duties called me, notifying me that she was fired because checks started bouncing, even though she had warned Casey that he had no money in the checking and he said not to worry about it and to send the checks out anyway. The whole entire place was a clusterfuck and I woke up every day sick to my stomach (I’m not even kidding- it gave me anxiety bc I always felt shady and wrong even though I was just doing the work I was asked to do- but I got promoted to office manager and once I started handing out checks and people weren’t getting OT or bonuses, I felt like the biggest POS ever. I was honestly so relieved when I got let go from there. Less than like 5 months after leaving is when they went completely downhill and everyone was gone. He started a new company called diversified roofing & I’m genuinely concerned that employees and customers are going to continue to be fucked over by this man. I’m so sorry that you were one of them! You got caught in the middle of the downfall of their whole company.

Diversified Roofing tried to bail on their contract and then with incomplete work they wanted to get paid and claim they went above and beyond. They wanted to do change orders over and over even for minor things they should have priced out in the first place. Their crew chief had the balls to stare at me and look at incomplete work and tell me it was completed. They told me at the beginning my building would not leak but it still does. These people are a joke

For what it was, At least it's "polyphonic", unlike a lot of "beginner" electronic boards that are 20 years newer!
