I was advised to visit Alexanders and it is huge with almost anything you want in it. I also went to Brasstown Bald which is the highest mountain in Ga. Great campground but you kept missing the sites we are looking for on loop c on the inside close to playground
Why didn't you show the primitive campsites. Not everyone can afford or want modern campers. Some people prefer tent camping with no running water or electricity available. Those spots are also usually more expensive than primitive spots.
Thank you for the comment. I appreciate people that let me know what they want to know about or see. I guess I video camper sites mostly because they’re not off the main campground roads and people like to see how big, level, etc. the sites are. I will make a point to video the primitive sites from now on. Again thanks for your input.
My wife and i also checked out Vogel as a possible place to camp. Extremely over rated. Campsites MUCH to close together, too many YAPPING dogs. Too many UNSUPERVISED kids. Just too many people, like DisneyWorld or DollyWood. Make me go GAAAK

My wife and I checked out Vogel State Park as a possible campground but decided against camping there. We want to look at more than just trees and other campers.

The locks are placed their by couples to symbolize their love is locked forever. It began in Paris France where couples put locks on bridges on the Seine River.

Thanks for the video sir. Very pretty camp nice and clean and peaceful I live in Mobile and just have my Chevy trail boss but me and my little dog Jax are good as long as we have a nice bathroom. Thanks again for the fine video

Been there three Thanksgiving 2001,2002, and now 2003, great place to relax and enjoy nature. Do not bring your fishing rods, there are no fish in the lake lol
It is a very quite campground. Yeah the lake was full of Lilly pads so was a good fishing experience.

Awesome tour Heath. We we're there a few years back when we we're at a music conference. We didn't take the tour, didn't have time. It's such a beautiful place. We ate at Catfish Charlie's which isn't to far from there. Thanks for sharing my friend!

We stayed here for a few nights last December and loved it! Actually spent Christmas here. It’s a great park - fun to see it through someone else’s eyes!

Yes, it's called Coral Hospitality. They went up on their rates not long after my visit there. Little Ocmulgee State Park is the same way.
